What are the key trends in the telecom market regarding data and analytics? In today’s digitized world, rolling out the next generation of networks – like those based on 5G – doesn’t just come with the promise of a faster, more reliable network. It’s also a springboard into the next wave of connectivity and communication. Consumers are eager to adopt new technology, but they are unforgiving when it comes to poor customer experience. While new technology comes with the new level of network complexity, service providers must prioritize customer experience from day one.
