Capitalize and Vertica want to get you moving!

Join us in this custom demo initiative, where we’ll offer free FitBit wearables to all participants.  The program will run for 8 weeks and all fitness data collected will be used in a Vertica demo that you’ll help us build .  

 

Why FitBit?

We’re creating a collection of Internet of Things (IoT) data to highlight how data is created by everyday objects. Analyzing Internet of Things (IoT) data has broad applications in a variety of industries, from smart cities, network optimization, preventative maintenance, and even health telematics.  Analytics for IoT data often requires the scalability and analytics depth of Vertica. By choosing FitBit data, you’ll see how data that you create can be leveraged for advanced analytics.

Getting started is as easy as 1-2-3!

• Step 1: Register to receive a free FitBit or participate using your own wearable device
• Step 2: Wear the device until May 3rd and share your data (details to be provided)
• Step 3: Join us on May 4th for Cinco de Mayo themed event where you can views the results of the demo!
