Luca Guardamani is the Data Warehouse and CRM Manager at Esprinet, corporate division. Having worked for Esprinet since 2001, he now heads the data warehouse and CRM development group made up of 10 people and is involved in analyzing projects for all companies within the group. After spending 12 years in the e-commerce world, Luca moved into data warehouse management and Enterprise Social Network (ESN) and in CRM. He now works with Oracle Business Intelligence, HP Vertica Database, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, and IBM Connections as the official data provider for every business decision, social collaboration, and customer knowledge requirement.
